Kutná Hora Starting with Video Mapping (workshop)

On 26th of April, you may visit the „Starting with Video Mapping!“ workshop in the GASK Gallery in Kutná Hora, the workshop will be led by Amar Mulabegovič, a co-author of the most distinctive large-format projections in the Czech Republic and member of The Macula group. Beginners as well as those who are already familiar with the video mapping basics – a relatively new art consisting in projections of special light shows onto selected objects (buildings most often) – will be motivated to create their own projects. Agenda of this three-hour workshop (3:00p.m. - 6:00p.m.) will include 2D and 3D animation techniques and their use in the gallery and public space. All this under the supervision of and experienced tutor, whose most distinctive projects include the video mapping projections on the buildings of the Prague Clock Tower, Church of St. Ludmila in Prague and the Museum of Liverpool.
Workshop capacity: 10 – 12 participants
What you need: Your own laptop (WIN 7 / Mac OS X: After Effects CS6/CC, Cinema 4D R14/R15, Resolume Arena 4.1.8)
